Australian company Mont has redesigned its brat-carrier, sorry, child-carrier, cutting a radical 400 grams from the previous model. The Bambino comes with a full-adjustable harness with contoured waistbelt, large lower storage pocket, two zippered accessory pockets on the hip-belt and an upper dual compartment storage pocket. The child is not forgotten either, and the pack includes removeable side stirrups, adjustable seat height, padded waistbelt, removable and adjustable headrest and dribble pad. The whole ensemble comes with a sun shield and weighs 2.95 kilograms. A Rainwear cover is available for an extra $34.95, while the pack itself retails for $349. mont.com.au
